Since 2005, Total Flow Inc. (TFI) has provided the highest standard of environmental consulting services to clients in government and the private sector. Throughout California, TFI has worked to develop water and wastewater management solutions that ensure reliability, quality, and environmental safety. Founder Jeff Blum and his team pride themselves on a commitment to client satisfaction and communication. Total Flow strives to foster healthy relationships between the environment, cities, and the citizens they serve.
The Total Flow team is made of up of highly experienced and knowledgeable professionals. With state-of-the-art technology and the highest levels of technical expertise, the Total Flow staff is right for the job. In addition, all field team members have received Confined Space certification and First Aid / CPR/ Rescue Training.
Not surprisingly, TFI has become well-known for several successful wastewater collection projects. Thanks to an expertly trained and highly specialized staff, TFI has been able to install hundreds of flow meters for over 40 clients and provide continued pipe monitoring services using CCTV inspection technologies. Some notable project partners include Alameda County, The EPA, The U.S. Navy, Airforce and private companies including Tesla and real estate developers.

Total Flow Inc. was founded in 2005 by Jeff Blum. Jeff’s thirty years of experience in wastewater collection, sewer system analysis, and flow inspection gives him a perspective unique within the industry. Jeff has personally managed flow meter installation initiatives, overseen dozens of system inspections, and crafted individualized projects for numerous sanitary districts in and around the Bay Area. Farther afield, Jeff Blum has also completed projects for the cities of Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Tahoe.
As Total Flow’s top project manager, Jeff Blum is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and follow-up stages of all projects. Jeff has made it his personal mission to ensure that every Total Flow client receives the utmost levels of transparency and communication.
